These kits contain everything you need (except starter motor). Kit consists of 3" belt, front pulley, rear pulley, clutch hub with complete diaphragm clutch, billet motor plate with main-shaft support bearing installed, starter nose, starter shaft adapter and pinion gear, and all the necessary mounting hardware. These kits even come with a standard belt guard.

These are the kits to order if you are running the Exile Starter Kit, or are running no electric start at all. These kits include 3" belt, front pulley, rear pulley, clutch hub complete with diaphragm clutch, and all necessary mounting hardware. Great value!

PC Exile Front Pulley Cover

Available in various 'lengths' to accommodate different belt widths and offsets. We require the exact dimension from the outer edge of your front pulley to the mounting surface on the motor (the inner primary cover mounting face). We start from a CNC'd billet aluminum 'rotor cover' and then fashion the belt guard and side-skirt from 6061 aluminum plate before welding them to the billet piece. The welds are smoothed and sanded. Supplied in sanded finish. Will not fit 3.5" Primo belt kits.

MBP Motor Brace Plate, polished, no filter option

This billet aluminum brace plate mounts between the motor and the front two primary case bolt holes on the transmission. It is 3/4" thick, so although it is unobtrusive, it does provide adequate bracing. It can be used in conjunction with the Exile Bearing Support on kick-only bikes, or in conjunction with our Exile Starter Kit.

ESK Exile Starter Kit

A very clean, minimal billet starter-mounting kit that is confined to the transmission. Use it in conjunction with our Motor Brace Plate, or with no motor plate at all. Kit consists of bearing support plate, starter nose, ring gear and jackshaft extension. The kit does not include a starter motor, but can be used with any late-model ('90 up) starter. This kit was designed to allow the use of a Primo belt drive kit with starter motor, but without their huge aluminum motor plate. Combine it with our Motor Brace Plate and a Primo 'kick-only' belt kit for a complete primary - the cleanest in town!
